Tiffany graduated from the Master's of Social Work program at Governors State University. Prior to becoming a therapist, Tiffany was a middle school teacher for several years. Tiffany specializes in working with children and adolescents; however, she works with clients of any age. Tiffany takes a collaborative, individualized approach when working with clients. She utilizes numerous evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(TF-CBT) Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Strengths-Based Therapy and Mindfulness.
