Who we treat: Adolescents and adults with sexually maladaptive behaviors, as identified by legal Departments of Juvenile Justice, Department of Child and Family Services and/or family referral.
What we offer: If treatment is determined, available options are:
Group Therapy (Juvenile Sex Offenders Treatment Group, more information below)
Sexually Maladaptive Youth Treatment Group: Our outpatient sexually maladaptive youth group provides therapeutic services in a group setting, to adolescents who exhibit abusive, offending behaviors that are sexually inappropriate. The goal of the sexually maladaptive youth group is to provide adolescents who have been convicted of a sexual offense with perspective and tools to prevent repeat offenses. The group meets once weekly on Thursday evenings. All prospective clients must meet with the group facilitator, Jacob Sherron or Jacob Biancardi, before attending.

Sign release of information for continuum of care
The needs and behaviors of juveniles who have committed sexual offenses should be understood on a continuum. Many Juveniles convicted of sex offenses require approaches which are non-traditional from adolescent counseling services. Providers need to understand each juvenile who has committed a sexual offense has individual needs; to be assessed while they work with the youth. Call us at (219)663-6353 for more information or to schedule an intake appointment.
