Jennifer has experience working with children, adults, and families in residential, school, and home settings. Jennifer has assisted and advocated for foster families, is a licensed foster parent, has experience as a QDDP for individuals with developmental disabilities, and has worked as a QMHP for individuals needing assistance with locating mental health services. Jennifer also                                                                                        advocates for children with special education needs in school environments.

Jonathan Nwannunu
BA Psychology, University of North Carolina at Asheville 
Jonathan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Asheville while participating in Men’s Basketball on the Division I level. Once graduated, Jonathan began his career in behavioral health at Hartgrove Hospital. After serving as a Mental Health Specialist, he then transitioned into the role of Milieu Therapist at Lurie Children’s Hospital located in Downtown Chicago. Jonathan has since held contract roles in several nonprofits and startup companies geared towards social services and advocacy work. Overall, his career has been centered around public assistance and therapeutic supports

Karen has been working with DCS wards since 1997. She has been to numerous trainings on behavior management for children who are victims of trauma, abuse and/or neglect, or diagnosed with ADHD, ODD, Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, RAD, etc. She prefers working with children 4-10 years old. She enjoys assisting them in learning coping skills, behavior management skills, anger management, and social skills. Karen uses a variety of modalities and approaches including Trust Based Relational Interventions (TBRI).

LaRon has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Development and Family Studies with an emphasis in Social Work. He has experience working with children, adults, and families in residential, school, and home-based settings. LaRon has advocated for domestic violence victims as well as gang/group affiliated individuals. LaRon started and facilitated an after-school program for 2 years for high school students at Steel City Academy. He is passionate about helping people of all backgrounds reach their goals.

Miscah worked in Willowglen Academy, assisting teenage girls with goal planning and maintaining overall stability for 4 years. She also taught at Charter School of the Dunes in various capacities from 2006 - 2014. She is a licensed daycare provider in the state of Indiana and is the owner and operator of 2 daycare facilities, and has been doing case management since 2014.

Shannon received her Associate degree in Human Services from Ivy Tech Community College in 2019. While at Ivy Tech, she  completed an internship with Crown Counseling, which led to her interest in pursuing behavior management courses. Shannon graduated from Purdue Global in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has experience in home-based case-work, working with individuals to meet their court mandated requirements. She is passionate about helping families improve the overall quality of their lives, and helping individuals reach their personal goals.
