Michelle graduated from Indiana University with her Masters of Social Work. Michelle utilizes a strengths-based, client-centered, and trauma-informed approach to therapy. Her theoretical orientation includes evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), and Motivation Interviewing (MI). Michelle also draws on other modalities to meet the unique needs of her clients.
