Amy graduated from Purdue University Calumet in December 2015 with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling and is a licensed mental health therapist. Amy specializes in EMDR therapy and EXRP therapy to help clients with trauma and OCD issues. Amy's theoretical orientation is Gestalt Therapy with a focus on mindfulness techniques and helps clients that live with anxiety and depression by using Meditative practices and focusing on a here and now approach in therapy. She is passionate about anxiety and trauma issues, but generally treats most issues. Amy uses an integrative approach and individualizes here services based on client needs. She is available for telehealth outpatient services. |
