Amy graduated from Purdue University Calumet in December 2015 with her Masters in Mental Health Counseling. Amy specializes in EMDR therapy to help clients with trauma and is able to process with them during sessions. Amy's theoretical orientation is Gestalt Therapy with a focus on Mindfulness techniques and helps clients that suffer from anxiety and depression by using Meditative practices and focusing on a here and now approach in therapy. She is passionate about anxiety and trauma issues, but generally treats most issues. She uses an integrative approach when working with individuals, couples and families. She is available for outpatient services.
